CLIENT BRIEF
The client wanted to create a piece of content for their monthly newsletter that answered their partner’s frequently asked questions. Rather create a long form written content piece, they wanted to have something more engaging and easily digestible in the form of a video, filming one of the Account Managers answering those FAQs.
OUTCOME
Along with one of my colleagues in the Marketing team, we set up one of the meeting rooms as a studio. Utilising the Marketing team’s camera and microphone gear, we filmed the video question by question. Trying to keep the individual questions down to one take each. Once we had all the footage, we went about selecting which sections of the footage we wanted to pull out and include in the final cut. Once these selections were made, I pieced them all together in Adobe Premiere Pro. Adding in the intro, outro, question slides, and background music, along with adjusting the video to fit within the company’s guidelines of having warm imagery. Once we had the final cut of the video, I then exported out the individual questions as seperate videos for the client to be able to share the smaller snippets on their social media accounts.
